At FTD we believe strongly in protecting the privacy of our customers' personal
information. This statement describes the privacy practices we apply for the FTD
Service. As part of that, it also expresses our approach to complying with the

We may collect and process the following data about you:
- Information that you
provide by filling in forms on www.fundthatdeal.com (“our Site”). This includes
information provided at the time of registering to use our Site, subscribing to
our service, posting material or requesting further services. We may also ask
you for information if you report a problem with our Site.
- If you contact us,
we may keep a record of that correspondence.
- We may also ask you to complete
surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond
to them.
- Details of your visits to our Site and the resources that you access.
- Where you communicate with any other users of our service through our Site we

Information gathered when you complete the
registration forms on the FTD Service (“our Site”) When you register for the FTD
Service, you provide your name, your email address, your gender, your date of
birth, and some optional details about yourself. All of this information is made
available to you, and is capable of being corrected or updated, through your FTD
profile page. Other information gathered may be from uploading real estate
proposals, posting videos and/or images, dialogue through our secure messaging
system, or details of the terms agreed on deals. We may also ask you for
information if you wish to contact us with an enquiry or to report a problem
with our Site.

Cookies.
We may collect information about your computer,
including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type,
for system administration purposes. This is statistical data about our users’
browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.
For the
same reason, we may obtain information about your general internet usage by
using a cookie file which is stored on the hard drive of your computer. Cookies
contain information that is transferred to your computer's hard drive. They help
us to improve our Site and to enhance users' experience of the our Site as
follows:
- To hold your login information, so that your name is displayed when
you visit our Site. This option can be disabled by clicking on "Log Off", which
appears at the top right hand corner of every page.
- To recognise you when you
return to our Site.
- To store information about your preferences, and so allow
us to customise our Site according to your individual interests.

Access to Personally Identifiable
Information
The information we collect may be used:
- To process your payment
for uploading property proposals, videos, or for our proposal review service or
other goods or services ordered on our site or to fulfil such orders.
- To
provide our customer support service and to verify any claims or requests you
make if you use our customer support service.
- To enforce our terms and
conditions and prevent or detect hacking activities, security breaches or safety
risks in connection with our Site.
- To send service announcements and messages.
For example, a reminder is sent to users if a real estate proposal that they
have either uploaded or have expressed an interest in is coming up to the
deadline date entered for it.
- To aggregate information to generate anonymous
statistics regarding use of our websites. We may share this anonymous
information with our partners. This is not linked to any personal information
that can identify any individual person.
- For our own internal marketing and
demographic studies and to help us improve our website.
- In the event of an
actual or proposed (including as part of negotiations for any) merger, or
business combination or sale of substantially all of our assets or a business
operation to which such information relates or as provided under bankruptcy or
applicable insolvency laws or by the enforcement of equitable rights.
If your
personally identifiable information or email address changes, or if you no
longer wish to be a registered user of the FTD Service, you may correct, update,
delete or deactivate your account via the Profile menu option found at the top
of most pages when logged on to the FTD Service. Alternatively, you can email

Where We Store Your Personal Data
The data that we collect from
you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European
Economic Area (“EEA”). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the
EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. Such staff maybe engaged in,
among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment
details and the provision of support services. By submitting your personal data,
you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps
reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in
accordance with this privacy policy.
All information you provide to us is stored
on our secure servers. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a
password which enables you to access certain parts of our Site, you are
responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a
password with anyone.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the
internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your
personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our
Site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your
information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to
prevent unauthorised access.

notifications when you have new mail in your FTD Message Inbox or, if you are a
self certified investor on our Site, when a new funding proposal that matches
your criteria is published on our Site.
If you do not want us to use your data
in this way for marketing purposes, please tick the relevant box situated on the
form on which we collect your data (the “registration form”). We may retain
information about you, after you stop using our service, in order to comply with
any statutory or legal obligation and/or to uphold the quality of our service.

Sharing and use of information
The over-riding principles we apply are these:
We, and (where relevant) our credit card processing agents, will not supply your
personal data to a third party for commercial exploitation except as consented
to by you in accordance with prevailing law.
Profile Information. Once a
registered entrepreneur uploads a new proposal, the proposal information and
some or all of the information held for that entrepreneur, except for the email
address, telephone numbers and passwords, will be available for viewing by the
community of registered investors. Once a registered investor expresses interest
in a proposal, some or all of the information held for that investor, except for
the email address, telephone numbers and passwords, will be available for
viewing by the entrepreneur who published that proposal.
Email addresses. We do
not directly make your email address available to anyone on any screen of the
FTD Service. Similarly, when you send an email to another registered member
through the FTD Service, neither the sender's nor the recipient's email address
is disclosed by the FTD Service itself. Members can, however, choose to make
their email addresses known to other registered members; however, any such
disclosure is at the registered member's own risk. Members may change the email
address we hold for them at any time by visiting "Profile", which is found at
the top of most pages when logged on to the FTD Service. If your email system
automatically responds to a contact email with a read or delivery receipt, your
email address will be revealed. No tracking technologies are used within / in
conjunction with emails nor do we share, sell, rent or trade Personally
Identifiable Information with third parties for their promotional purposes.
Un-validated Memberships. If you register for the FTD Service, and you receive a
validation email, but fail to validate your membership then we may contact you
via email at periods of 24 hours, 7 days, and 30 days at your registered email
address to notify you of the invalid status. Should you fail to respond to these
notifications then we may send you one final notice before the un-validated
membership is removed.
Telephone numbers. You may enter a contact telephone
number in your Profile. This number is for internal use only, for future or
current services such as SMS. Your number will never be disclosed to any third
party without your prior consent. Should we introduce an additional service
which utilises telephone numbers, or we wish to provide you with informational
content via your mobile phone, you will be given the option to agree to this, as
we believe it should be your choice what services you receive.
Notification of
unread messages. If you have a number of messages waiting for you in your FTD
Message Inbox, and you have not logged in to the service for an extended period,
we may at our discretion contact you via your registered email address to notify
you of the unread messages. Should you still not read and remove these messages
then we may remove the messages as part of our data cleansing process.
Credit
Card information. Members' credit or debit card information is encrypted and
stored securely. We share your billing information with such companies insofar
as necessary for the processing of your payment or to prevent or detect fraud.
These companies have agreed not to retain, share, store or use your personally
identifiable information for any secondary purpose.
FTD companies and
subsidiaries. We may share data supplied by you (or collected about you) with
our subsidiaries and other companies owned by us, but only for the purposes
described in this policy.
Place of processing. The computers and companies that
process data on our behalf are based in the United Kingdom, and other countries,
some of which may be outside the European Union ("EU"). Thus, your personal data
may be transferred to, processed and held both inside and outside the EU.
Countries outside the EU may not have as well developed data protection laws in
place to protect your information as those inside the EU, but we will ensure
your personal data is treated in compliance with those laws and this Privacy
Policy.

- If FTD or substantially all of its assets are

obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our terms of use or terms and
conditions of business and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property,
or safety of FTD, our customers, or others.

We have security measures
in place to protect our customer database and access to this database is
restricted internally. However, it remains each member's responsibility:
- to
protect against unauthorised access to Your Details;
- to ensure against use by
anyone else of the FTD Service through the machine that Member uses while they
are "logged on" to the FTD Service;
- to log off or exit from the FTD Service
when not using it;
- and to keep his/her password secret.
