How much will it cost me?
It costs just $199 per proposal.
For a limited period only, we’re offering a discounted success fee of 1% of the amount loaned or invested. (Our standard success fee is 2%, subject to you paying promptly on closing.) It’s worth factoring this fee into the amount you’re asking for, so it comes out of the investment you secure.
For example, if the amount funded is $100,000, fundthatdeal.com collects $1,000 from the real estate entrepreneur at the successful close of escrow.
